An Architecturally designed residence, completed in 2012, Red Robin Retreat is an award winning construction designed for the extended family or smaller families & friends.

Overlooking the crystal clear waters of Geographe Bay, Red Robin Retreat is located high on the hill in Big Rock Reserve on 2.5 acres of Australian Bush. You'll feel a million miles from the hustle & bustle, yet you are on the doorstep of the Dunsborough townsite, packed with cafes, restaurants & local galleries.

Sleeping ten people in five bedrooms, the property has two master queen bedrooms, each with reverse cycle A/C, ensuite's with one including a bath & both come with amazing bush views. A third double bedroom also comes with a queen bed, balcony entrance & it's own A/C.

Two remaining bedrooms come with two single beds in each, ceiling fans , oil heaters & share the main bathroom which also comes with a bath & seperate shower.

The large free form living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, living & dining rooms, heated by a built in fireplace & also a reverse cycle A/C for comfort in the Summer months......then you step outside.

An amazing alfresco balcony area is where Red Robin Retreat distinguishes itself from the rest. Included is a formal outdoor kitchen with built in gas BBQ, bar & wine fridge, but the feature here is an amazing open wood fireplace, built into a stone clad chimney.

The main balcony also includes lounge seating & a timber outdoor table & chairs for alfresco dining. A second balcony also has outdoor lounges & table, which services two of the double bedrooms. The views from both balconies is a delight & a hot/cold outdoor shower is included near the laundry.

Also featured in this stunning residence is an activity room with seperate TV & DVD player, a private reading room, designed to take in the suns warming winter rays & a seperate shed/games room for the teens. Included here is a pooltable, table tennis, darts (for those allowed) & a TV & stereo.

If you are coming for the wine & ever expanding brewery industry, Red Robin Retreat is at the entrance of Margaret Rivers world famous Wine Region as well.
